To start, I made a reservation and some how it was canceled but not by me. This caused me to have to make a new reservation which I was charged $40 for the same reservation which was a nightmare trying to rebook the night before we were to leave and spent over an hour on the phone trying to get this booked. Horrible experience! When I asked why they cancelled they said they didn’t. However Viator said it was this company who canceled. Someone is lying but either way, cost me $40 more dollars and they wouldn’t offer a refund. Ok so moving on, had another bad experience. On the return back to the airport trip I asked if we could get picked up earlier. They said I had already confirmed 24 hrs prior. I said I knew that but with spring break we wanted to allow extra time so we didn’t miss our flight. They were hell bent on the fact I confirmed 24 hrs prior. So basically they were not flexible at all to allow any changes or modifications and kept saying they didn’t have a driver for earlier. Im like you mean to tell me on a Sunday you have no drivers in that area earlier in the day? What ever! So my family and I are getting ready and all of a sudden a driver shows up 30 mins early. No warning, no heads up that they decided they could come early! So we had to scramble to get our things together to meet the driver waiting. So on one hand you say no way yo an earlier ride and then you show up 30 mins early with no notice? Too many bad experiences and I would not recommend this company to book transportation. I should have just listed to our resort and booked through them. Won’t make that mistake again!
