This was the worst experience I have ever had with a car service. I have used viator many times domestically and internationally for car service. My flight touched down at 11:29 am not even at gate, we went thru passport control and waited at baggage (no stops) from gate to baggage The baggage was extremely slow to arrive. At 12:16 the driver called to say he was there, very pleasant conversation, I told him we were at baggage waiting for it to start coming and confirmed where I should exit. He said see you soon. At 12:39 I walked out to see all the drivers waiting and he was not there. I called and he said they told him to leave because I took more than an hour When he called at 12:16 there was no talk of I have another ride , you only have 20 minutes. Nothing! No call to say I have to leave cannot wait any longer. I reached out to car service and viator and both said I was at fault and will not refund me. I took a less than $50 taxi to my hotel (which were abundant) they had charged me $335. Taxis are abundant and clean in Copenhagen, you do not need car service! I will take this issue up with my credit card company. I never leave negative reviews, I call it a one off and only leave positive reviews but this was completely unacceptable.
