By mistake I booked the tour in Spanish. I noticed it immediately and contacted the agency by email and phone to rebook to an English tour. The phone calls went to voicemail and nobody returned my email until 10 minutes before the start time of the tour when they said they could not rebook because the tour was just starting! I have never experienced such bad service before and strongly recommend others to consider a different agency.

Our ticket said the tour was in English in one section and Spanish in a different section. I emailed the agency and they confirmed it was in Spanish only. I requested to rebook to an English tour but no it’s responded to my multiple emails after the initial response and when I tried calling three times, it went to voicemail. I was disappointed at how the agency handled the situation and had a terrible experience since we didn’t understand the guide who only spoke Spanish.

We booked an English language tour of the mezquita in Cordoba through Viator. Despite being reassured on the phone by a Viator representative that we had an English language tour, when we arrived we were booked on a Spanish language tour. Ana, the English guide, agreed to take us on her tour for which we are grateful. The tour of the mosque-turned-cathedral was average. Our guide admitted that she was not at her best on the day we visited and it showed.
