We had a very disappointing experience with our tour guide, Anderson. From the beginning, his attitude was arrogant and dismissive. When we asked a simple question about where we might observe monkeys, he responded with, “This is not a zoo,” in a rude and unprofessional tone.
It quickly became clear that Anderson either lacked the knowledge or the motivation to help us spot wildlife, which is a key part of any nature tour. He made no effort to engage or guide the group in meaningful ways.
Even more concerning, a family of four (Group 4) became completely lost in the park during the tour. Instead of taking responsibility, Anderson failed to organize the group properly or keep track of all participants — which included both seniors and children. We wasted a significant amount of time trying to locate them, and shockingly, he never even apologized to the group or acknowledged the seriousness of the situation.
In our opinion, Anderson is not qualified to lead tours, especially when the safety and enjoyment of a group depends on good communication, organization, and respect. We expected a professional and enriching experience, but instead, we were left frustrated and disappointed.
