The Rojas family was very welcoming. We made mojitos, arroz con pollo, plantains and yucca, and friends. It was a very warm, engaging evening. We started with a tour of their organic farm, selecting vegetables and herbs for our dinner. Everyone got involved and we enjoyed ourselves. We got to see a sloth who inhabits a tree in their backyard and tree frogs that live in their front yard. Now all we need are the recipes for the food we cooked! Please email them.
