Ordered 4 tickets costing £174 arrived at the aquarium where the ticket machine would only accept 2 out of the 4 tickets only to then be told by the staff that viator use a 3rd party company to issue tickets & that 2 of my tickets had been sent to someone else the day before & were used after speaking with contact support they had reissued new tickets & none of these worked either after spending 30 mins trying to get it sorted nothing worked support team said there was nothing else they could do & would send request for a refund therefore leaving after waiting 5 days had to chase them up only for them to tell me that they need a picture of the ticket scanner to prove what i was saying how on earth was this possible when no longer at the attraction & no-one told me at the time that this was needed needless to say viator has refused my refund this company is totally at it with taking people's money & not giving what you pay for i will never use the company again
