  • We pick up all our guests from Aswan east bank hotels and available to pick up from west bank hotels with extra 10 us dollars per person
  • We drive all our guest to Luxor east bank hotels and available to drive them to Luxor west bank hotels with extra 10 us dollars per person
  • A child from 6 to 11 accompanied by one adult will be treated as an adult.
  • A child less than 6 years is not allowed for the balloon trip.
  • Camera is not allowed on the balloon basket, you can only use your cellphone to take pictures
  • If you want to have your own room, then you need to book for a single person.
  • If your traveling in a group and wanted to have your own room, then do a separate booking for a single person.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

This experience has given me an oppurtunity to see some of the worlds most beautiful and picturesque landmarks with deep rooted history. We had a great guide, Mohamed Gobran and learned the ways of the ancient egyptians and their history. Mohamed explanation a different level as he managed to excite us

Super croisière, très bien organisé du début à la fin, que ce soit pour les transferts, les repas ou les visites. Notre guide Mahmoud a été super. Il faut se lever très tôt pour les visites mais cela vaut largement le coup ! La chambre est confortable mais les équipements sont très vieillots, un rafraîchissement serait nécessaire. La propreté est un peu limite mais cela fait l’affaire. Concernant les repas, plutôt bon dans l’ensemble.
