Our driver was great, but my experience with his boss--the person I communicated with to plan the activities for the day--is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in my life. At last minute's notice (11 pm the night before, just as we arrived at the airport and were heading to the hotel) he wanted to change the pick up time to 8/9 am, even though we were told we could schedule pick up "at any time we want" and had originally requested 11 am so that we could settle in at the hotel and get enough rest. Once we agreed upon a new time that he was more amenable to (10 am), the driver ended up showing an hour and a half late anyway, which was really frustrating. On top of this, because of rain that day, we decided to forgo one of our activities of sailing down the nile. We were told that we would need to pay in cash in person day of, which was fine, until the driver and the boss started demanding that we pay for it even though we decided to skip it. The boss harassed me over text, calling me a liar and effectively yelling at me using caps. I've never experienced anything quite like it. We ended our trip early (it was 6 hours long at this point) and went back to the hotel because it was totally soured at this point. I would NOT recommend this experience to anyone.
