I was planning a trip to Australia and NZ trying to get a good deal on tickets
this was a trip of a life time we are seniors so it will be the first and last
Business class was out of reach 12,000 per person so I was considering Premium economy
I got an agent on Chat and we were there for 45 minutes explaining all and That I wanted all the sections premium economy. the price was C$ 6000. I could net get a printer then so when I went home 2 days later and I was trying to print the ticket I found out out of6 connections only 2 were Premium the other 4 were regular economy. I was very frustrated and I tried to call but if your ticket is more than 24 hours you cannot talk to an agent only text. I texted several time they get blocked half way. I tried several ways until I connected with the wrong department and I explained the situation still they connected me to the text. Tried again and was angry at this point so they did connect me with a live agent
explained the situation asked them to listen to my call
after they did they told that the flight from Los Angles to Sydney is premium as it is international but the flight from Toronto to Lax was not as it is considered domestic and that the agent mentioned all internal flight are Premium
How Am I supposed to know that I asked them they had no answer and they were very rude at the end, and that I had 24 hours to cancel the ticket
The economy Price to Australia and NZ stop at the same day was C$ 2000
after hanging up I checked online social media and now I know they have a very bad reputation
So be wear and always go to the airline
all I can do now is just tell my story
