Isadora conducted a private tour for my wife and me that was nothing short of amazing. She secured a driver that took us to the Modena countryside to experience & taste Balsamic Vinegar, Parmigiano Reggiano & Prosciutto at local factories and we were impressed with every aspect of this experience. Isadora had a personal relationship with the owners of each business which allowed her access to all areas of the process. They all knew her very well and were most welcoming to us. What impressed us the most was Isadora's knowledge of each and every factory and production processes. It was simply amazing and impressive. You really felt not only her passion for the products but her love for the businesses and people. Additionally, we were able to spend time at the end of each visit tasting the product. We were never rushed and always felt welcome and at home. Isadora conducted an unforgettable experience.

Isadora was wonderful and very knowledgeable and accommodating. We toured the parmesaan factory and did a private vinegar tour. Highly recommend this experience as it was one of our favorite things we did in Italy!

A delightful trip into Modena to sample and learn about Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and balsamic vinegar from the actual producers. Our knowledgeable and peppy guide was Isadora. She knows the people and the producers and gave us a factory tour as detailed as if she was one of their employees. We learned so much and certainly feasted on the sample products, in each case buying several - right from the source. Grazie Isadora - 5 Stars!
