Before I even booked this trip, Viator provided an excellent customer experience as I called with questions. Then after I booked, they immediately reached out and set the time including providing information on when I needed to be picked up (I didn’t realize how early I needed to get to the airport). Then I had issues with accommodations and they said- no problem- what is the new address. The most impressive moment was when they told me the address for my villa was not correct! This explained a lot as we kept getting lost when we put the address in our GPS! But how did they know??? Anyway, we dropped them a pin for the location and they arrived exactly when they said they would. The van was very nice and clean. The driver was excellent and offered us snacks. It was one of the least stressful and best experiences I had in making our arrangements for our trip to Tuscany. I highly recommend using Viator for your travel needs!

We hired 2 cars and drivers and both showed up on time. Both were professional and safe drivers. We enjoyed the 3 hour ride thanks to their professionalism. Their names were Darío and Alberto. Great guides!
