I rented a Lancia Ypsilon through Drivalia. The car was picked up at Catania Airport in Sicily. I was pressured into buying additional insurance. The car was quite scratched and dented, and no one was at the pickup area to show how the hybrid worked. I don't think it did work as I had to use petrol the entire trip. The car leaked moisture into the passenger foot well. There was no windshield wiper fluid. When the car was returned at the Fumicino Airport in Rome no one offered any apology. I was told to contact Customer Service. To this day I have had no response. All I can say about the car was that it got us to where we were going but it's not fun to be sitting with one's feet in water! No customer service, no apology - nothing.

Rented a car with NU in Orlando and plans changed. Thought that it was at airport but it was off site. Never thought that a car rental place would be closed on weekends. Had to return our car 1 day early (and lose money for that day) and rebook another car to get us to the airport. They would not work with us at all. Will not book with them again.

Tony had great customer service and was very efficient. He gave us some information on nice golf courses to play. He was very knowledgeable about the car rental and assisted us with everything. Thanks Tony. Highly recommended.
