When booking, received a confirmation email that did not contain any detail regarding pick up and drop off, nor did it display on the Viator app. They contacted us twice after booking, asking us for the detail we'd already provided, which we supplied again immediately. They sent a text the morning of our trip trying to confirm details again, which I responded to right away. When we landed, I went to the Viator app and saw that our ride had been cancelled and our money was being refunded because they couldn't confirm our ride. I confirmed by text and email and also through the Viator app. Very unprofessional. We took an Uber, which worked out very well and was $100 cheaper.
