A friend purchased this tour as a birthday gift for me. When I arrived the first time in June, I had to call the company because the guide was no where to be found. I spoke with Elise and she advised that the guide was meant to message me to reschedule because he couldn't make it that day. I never received a message. I rescheduled for a date in July and waited 15 minutes before I called Elise again... and she said "you didn't get my message?" A message was never received and that would be because she never sent it. She stated that the cancellation was due to a Covid contact within the school. I advised that I would be seeking a refund. I would give 0 stars if possible. **Update: refund provided and apology received. I still have no intention of returning and would not recommend to anyone until the team improves their communication. J'ai parlé à Elise et elle m'a dit que le guide devait m'envoyer un message pour reporter le rendez-vous parce qu'il ne pouvait pas venir ce jour-là. Je n'ai jamais reçu de message. J'ai reprogrammé une date en juillet et j'ai attendu 15 minutes avant de rappeler Elise... et elle m'a dit "tu n'as pas reçu mon message ?". Un message n'a jamais été reçu et ce serait parce qu'elle ne l'a jamais envoyé. Elle a déclaré que l'annulation était due à un contact Covid au sein de l'école. Je lui ai dit que je demanderais un remboursement. Je donnerais 0 étoile si possible. **Mise à jour : remboursement effectué et excuses reçues. Je n'ai toujours pas l'intention de revenir et je ne recommanderai à personne tant que l'équipe n'aura pas amélioré sa communication.

This was a great experience. Everything was set before hand so we had no wait once we got to the specific food booth. Our guide was very nice and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
