I booked this hotel transfer because I was traveling for the first time with my 4 month old and I wanted everything to be set before we landed. I messaged the company through the Viator website and also texted the driver to give updates on our flight. I never got a response to any of my messages. I looked for the driver once we landed and again after gathering our checked luggage, and found no sign of them. I ended up having to take a Lyft to my hotel. I requested a refund from Viator because I still have not received any response from the company. The Viator rep says that the company denied the request. I have been using Viator for several years now and I never had this problem before. But, I will hesitate to use Viator in the future, as I counted on them to use reputable vendors.
