Explore San Francisco's famous Golden Gate Park, with tons of sights and landmarks along with its beautiful bike paths - or see both the Park and the Golden Gat eBridge on one amazing, mostly flat 9-mile bike ride! Unlimited Biking will arm you with all that you need for your adventure - a helmet, a map, a bike bag/basket, and a bike lock, all free of charge - you just supply the need to explore! These pedal assist bikes will do a majority of the work for you so you can see more, with less work! Visit all of the highlights of the park including Stow Lake Boathouse, Academy of the Sciences, deYoung Museum, Conservatory of Flowers, Botanical Garden, Rose Garden, Dutch Windmill and more! Golden Gate Park has a paved trail of around 4-miles from one end of the park to the other! After your ride, yuo can return back to our shop, or head towards the Golden Gate Bridge. Bikes can be returned at any of our locations! Hours of Operation: 4/1 - 10/31 : 9AM - 7PM 11/1 - 3/31 : 9AM - 5PM

Took the time to book online beforehand. Booked it for 11 AM. As I got to the rental office, I was told we had to wait for 45’ since they ran out of e-bikes. As I complained, the person delivering bikes said there was no customer service, since they are all in NYC. I expressed my frustration to the only person there, who was not ultimately responsible for. Sent a note on email asking for help. Just got a thank you. Poor logistics. Terrible customer service . Don’t rent!! Blazing saddles is almost next to it and has plenty of bikes!!!!

Great experience. Picked up bikes last minute so we were worried about time but Yuri was efficient, knowledgable and got us sorted so we had plenty of time. It took us around 30 minutes to cycle from the shop to the start of the bridge with plenty of photo stops along the way. We cycled across the bridge and back in another 30 minutes and returned the bikes just before 5 (hired at 3). 2 hours is plenty of time if it’s just the bridge you want to do on the electric bikes. The bikes themselves were great, and we had no issues. Thanks for a fab experience!

Awful experience today.. we hired 4 bikes, including one of the larger e.bikes, unfortunately we got a flat en route to the Golden Gate Bridge and the ‘customer service’ provided no assistance whatsoever. If anything they made it worse by ignoring us and giving us conflicting information… they wouldn’t speak to us directly (only via WhatsApp) directing us to an alternative cycle shop 37min walk away (which couldn’t help anyway) and then expecting it to be pushed back to the location over a 1.5 hr walk away… This was a 40kg bike, and very difficult to push, without the SF hills! It ruined our day and cost us over $240… We cycle a lot, we aren’t new to bike hire, flats are a common occurrence when cycling and it’s insane that they don’t have a contingency plan in place for when this happens. I dread to think how bad this could have been for someone alone, smaller, or older in the hot San Francisco sun! I can’t believe a cycle hire company would operate in this way, it is irresponsible. We’d have been much better off hiring the bikes available to hire via the on street racks and that just isn’t right… I would never ever hire from this place again and would recommend against doing so if you’re even considering it!
