The trip is amazing and really makes you feel like you are on a tropical island. The perfect place to escape for a few days, especially if you’ve been running around Bali beforehand like us. Staff are very friendly - thank them enough for helping make our honeymoon so special, and I would recommend a do it for anyone.

My best advice is do not book with this company for the following reasons: 1. This company outsources to local Balinese tour operators, with our case as our boat was supposedly broken down we were given a boat of the same size however it was older and much more worn and tatty with no comfortable seating, it was basically a fisherman’s boat. 2. Minimal contact from the company was made ahead of the trip, I had to reach out to the company to ensure we were still good to go at around 10pm the evening before when they said to me they would reconfirm at least 2 days before 3. When we arrived at the boat and realised it was not the one we hired we made contact with the company via WhatsApp as they would not answer our calls therefore communication had to be via messaging only. I messaged to ask why we hadn’t received the boat we booked and they rudely messaged saying it’s either this boat or you don’t go. They wasted 1 hour of our time going back and forth on WhatsApp, inevitably shortening our tour with no opportunity to get lunch as we had to rush around the 2 sights we visited on Nusa Penida. 4. I asked for a part refund since we were not taking a more premium luxury boat and the said they would return 20% but we would not be able to take the trip, we paid 5,650,000 IDR which is not cheap for a boat that looks like this. 5. The company confirmed there would be bottled water and snacks aboard, I can confirm we received no snacks, lucky we took the croissants from our hotel breakfast which we shared with the captain and crew onboard. To be clear, the captain and crew onboard as well as the driver on Nusa Penida were wonderful people and the services we received from them were fantastic, this is the team that the Nusa Penida company outsourced to. Nusa Penida company lack suitable communication as they knew 2 days before our trip so they could have easily told us and we would have rearranged for another day. They have now blocked my number on WhatsApp.
