I was looking for a tour of the Hoover Dam with my wife and another couple who is also a customer. I was looking at the websites for a full-service tours. On the website it shows an SUV, Power Plant Tour Tickets and Exhibit Museum Tickets. The day I wanted (Sat, Jan. 27) was sold out so I called Viator directly and told them what I was looking for. They spent a considerable time on the phone with me, said they could make it happen and would pick me up at my hotel. Everything was great including the driver Lanette....until we got to the venue. They were no tickets for any of the events included. I agreed to the significant increase to what was offered on the website because it was a Saturday and you made arrangements within a week of the request to help us out. We basically paid $400 each way for a ride to Hoover Dam. I looked while we were there and a ride home in an SUV would have been $150.00. Also, I was very embarrassed when we arrived at the ticket desk, showed the bar code and they said that it wasn't for Hoover Dam. I'm considering putting a stop payment on it or disputing, but am willing to hear your side. Please don't tell me it say's it's in what was sent to me. I think it's fair to assume that I wouldn't have agreed to $200 per person for a ride to Hoover Dam when other tours charge under $100 for the same thing, include tickets and in some cases lunch.
