You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Had excellent drivers. The airport pick up was a little confusing but our driver came and all was good. On our departure we had an early flight out and they contacted me when we‘d be picked up to make sure we got on our flight in time. I would use this company again

The guy never showed up and I called him and texted him and got no response , really disappointed , they need to really talk to this guy and make sure this doesn’t happen again
