Our airport pickup in Lisbon started out as a disaster and only somewhat redeemed itself at the very end. We were told we’d be met at the airport Starbucks with a sign — but after repeatedly messaging through the app and texting updates, we heard nothing for an hour.
Eventually, someone called to say they were outside, but it took another 30 minutes for them to arrive. We then had to walk another 20 minutes back through the parking garage to their car — not what we expected for a “private pickup.”
Overall, the experience was very confusing, poorly organized, and not worth the premium we paid. We’ll simply take an Uber next time — faster, clearer, and probably more comfortable
