The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
Our driver will be near the Starbucks Coffee Shop on Arrivals Hall. He/she will be holding a plaque saying AVENIDAS so you can identify him.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I booked an airport transfer for my arrival in Lisbon a week in advance, but somehow the system confirmed the booking for the same day I was making the reservation — and at 9 AM Eastern time, which had already passed in Lisbon. I’m not sure how this happened, but the platform shouldn’t allow bookings for past dates. I contacted Viator immediately, but they refused to reschedule or refund. Extremely disappointing experience and terrible customer service. I won’t be using them again.

Our airport pickup in Lisbon started out as a disaster and only somewhat redeemed itself at the very end. We were told we’d be met at the airport Starbucks with a sign — but after repeatedly messaging through the app and texting updates, we heard nothing for an hour.
Eventually, someone called to say they were outside, but it took another 30 minutes for them to arrive. We then had to walk another 20 minutes back through the parking garage to their car — not what we expected for a “private pickup.”
Overall, the experience was very confusing, poorly organized, and not worth the premium we paid. We’ll simply take an Uber next time — faster, clearer, and probably more comfortable

Driver cancelled pick up at last moment with no explanation after indicating they had arrived. Eventually a replacement driver was assigned but there was a lot of confusion and driver was lost repeatedly while trying to get to hotel.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
