Viator did not share with our guide that the Peña Palace was closed by strike on April 6 so he drove us there and we even waited at the gate before we discovered it was closed. Our guide was so sorry and he drove us to several other sites that were very crowded because so many had the same experience. We would like you to consider a refund of the amounts we charged by our guide Francisco Basso of Lisbon Day trip who did an excellent job of trying some other places but we just wanted to tour the Peña. It was very aggravating for us and for him that this half day to Peña on April 6 did not work for us. Please understand why we would ask for a refund. We do not blame Francisco for this.. he is a good and capable guide . And would not consider using viator until we reach some reconciliation. Visite incroyable !!! Francisco est un guide dévoué à ses clients. Il met au centre de la visite la satisfaction client. Nous avons rencontré Francisco au coeur de Lisbonne, après discussion nous avons opté pour la visite de Sintra en demi-journée. Francisco est venue nous cherché à notre hôtel et nous a ensuite ramenés à l'aéroport ! Très pratique et serviable. Ce guide parle très bien français, ce qui facilite la compréhension des explications pour les visites. Il a su rendre notre séjour à Lisbonne particulièrement agréable et nous en retenons que des bons souvenirs grâce à lui. Si vous hésitez à passer par un guide, foncez !!!! Encore merci Francisco pour ces magnifiques moments en votre compagnie !

Francisco est notre meilleure rencontre de Lisbonne. Il a fait de notre petit week end, une expérience grandiose. Il parle très bien le français, et mets en confiance ses clients. Je recommande vivement !
