I have no story or photos to upload because I was never able to go. I booked by tour approx 5 days before tour. No start time was provided. I contacted the tour email provided each day up until the tour with no response. No response each time. On the morning of the tour I got up very early. Called Viator and they were unable to reach the tour group. They had me wait until they opened at 8:30am. Finally, It was 9:00 am when I finally received an email telling me to meet at 9:30am at a train station meetup. This was physically impossible for me to now get to the meetup due to the little time notice. Even with my email trail of begging and pleading for a meetup time, Viator would not refund my money. I will never trust or buy with them again and I hope this email dissuades you as well. You were at fault, Viator and you need to step up and take responsibility.
