The driver was great, the company not so much.
We were all dressed up to go to Newport (family of four) and went to our meeting spot (the valet of our hotel) at the right time and they never showed up.
I had to message, call, text to get a hold of someone. After doing so, they sent someone an hour later, which caused our lunch and other excursions to be delayed.
They claim to never have received our registration, which was disappointing. We use Viator a lot, but this seems to be an issue with the local tour company hosting this driver.
Once we got the driver (approx 1 hour + later) he was great, took us to our locations, and did a great job. We made sure to tip him for his great service.
I think at the end of the day, we were disappointed by the stress that this caused at the beginning of our trip, where we were excited to get started.
I also think that this was a premium expense of our entire trip and to have lost our reservation was unprofessional.
