My flight was delayed. I reached out to the company to let them know and no response. When I arrived to Colombia they were not here to pick me and my boyfriend up. I tried calling and messaging them and they hung up on me. I called Viator and they advised me that I was issued a refund. Why did my ride get cancelled with no warning or message? Very inconvenient and annoying.

I was a little bit worried getting to the airpot by myself, so since I always check tripadvisor I thought I'd be a great idea to have someone to pick me up at the airport, Robinson was really nice, he talked to me about this new tunnel, git me a bottle of water, The car is really nice, I'm really happy and I ¿ll use this service next time again! Thanks :)
