Merida Airport Shared Shuttle with WIFI

I paid almost $200 for this company to not only be late picking us up but to also not provide the shuttle I paid for. My flight was already 1hr delayed so this provided them with an additonal hour to prepare for our arrival and note that our flight was delayed being they had my flight information. But nope, even after our arrival, I had to call around to find out where they were. My family then had to wait another hour for pick up. When they arrived, without our permission or awareness, the employee took a picture of my daughter and texted it. I wasnt aware they did this until my daughter told me. When I asked them wtf was that about, they couldn't explain what the purpose was. It took another employee to tell me that they take pictures as "proof" they found the customers. Ok, but why not mention that BEFORE you just take pictures of children because I nor the other adult was in that photo. I also paid for a shuttle BUS, my family of 4 with 2 large suitcases and a stroller were uncomfortably squeezed into a very small taxi car that barely had enough room. We were very uncomfortable. I did not receive anything I paid for. I would not recommend this company in Mexico. I deserve a refund for my family's troubles and not receiving what I paid for.

I utilized the shuttle service to reach the Centro area. There was some confusion as they assumed I had to go thru immigration upon arrival (which I had already completed in Mexico City). I messaged the agent on WhatsApp and he was very diligent in connecting me with the driver. Once I got into the vehicle, I then received a follow-up text and a call from a lady at the company to confirm I was with the driver. I would use this service again.

Company made contact with me to verify everything before my arrival. The driver was waiting with a sign with my name. This made it easy for me to find him.
