The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

They never showed up at the airport and never contacted me before of after. I was left at the airport at night with two kids. Their contact number was in the US and nobody picked up (I found out after I paid). TripAdvisor is refusing to refund me without an explanation. Don’t make my mistake.

This was chaotic. Although stated in the TripAdvisor page and the confirmation email, no one sent me a meeting point.
I texted, and emailed prior to the trip but no response.
When we arrived at Mexico City airport, we got a phone call from someone that doesn't speak English. I texted that number back and got a reply that they neither speak English nor Spanish.
They asked which terminal I was at which should have been easy for them to figure out based on the flight info I entered in the reservation.
They even sent me a snarky text saying "Look, it was up to you to tell me what terminal you arrived..
" . Apparently someone spoke English!
They then said that the driver was already there, which they weren't.
I called an Uber which was cheaper than the price of the transfer. Meanwhile their car showed up, and a non-english speaking driver hopped out.
After that bit of chaos, the ride went fine. The driver was efficient, the car was modern and clean, and we got to the hotel easily.
Next time I will just Uber

Ordered a private car to transfer us from MEX airport to our hotel. The driver was nowhere to be found, after we searched and waited for over 30 min. We tried calling the operator, Elite Las Vegas, left a voicemail, but they still have not responded. We also called Viator directly to request a refund, which is still pending.
