Fantastic experience. We made 3 salads, a chicken Tajine and a persimmon desert. All the ingredients were ready and we'll displayed. We made every dish from scratch. Aziza demonstrated the food preparation steps and gave you the opportunity to do each yourself without spending a lot of time chopping and peeling everything. She was clearly more skilled. I learned a number of things that I will be able to use in preparing non Moroccan dishes. All of the food was delicious, the kitchen was welcoming and well designed to move around and see what was happening. Having taken several classes in Thailand I was much happier with this one. I feel inspired and eager to go home and make these dishes.
