    My friend and I did the full day cooking class at Soukaina lovely home. He was super welcoming and made us feel at home. We were served tea while we waited to go to the market because unfortunately it was pouring. The moment it cleared up, Soukaina took my friend and I to the market got the ingredients for our food and then we made our way back. We decided on cooking the Kefta tagine, Shakshuka and the cauliflower salad and my goodness it was amazing! Better than any tagine we’ve tried at a restaurant. Its 10/10 experience and now we know how to make it for our friends and family back home. Thanks again Soukaina!!

    This was the highlight of my holiday to Morocco. The family was so incredibly welcoming and kind to my mother and I, and provided a real insight into Morocco's delicious cuisine from market to bakery to table with humour, history and family anecdotes. The meal was truly delicious and it was a wonderful day.
