Have you always dreamed of spending the day in the Italian countryside drinking wine and learning to create authentic Italian dishes? Then this is the tour for you! My mother and I visited the CorteCorbo winery during her recent visit to Italy, and everything was perfect. Seeing Antonia is one of my favorite things to do in Italy. My mom agreed, saying this day was the highlight of her trip. Antonio picked us up right on time for our drive to the winery. We spent our day exploring the vineyard, making pizza, and tasting wine, accompanied by a "light" lunch of two different plates of pasta, roasted chicken on arugula, and tiramisu lovingly prepared by Antonia. I promise you will not leave hungry. The pizza-making class was so much fun. We made three different pizzas in an authentic wood-burning oven, and all three tasted terrific! Antonia is joyfully enthusiastic about sharing her cooking skills and is committed to creating typical local dishes using fresh ingredients. Antonio expertly guided us as we tasted seven wines produced at the CorteCorbo winery. I hope you left some room in your suitcase because you will want to take a couple of bottles home. I highly recommend a CorteCorbo cellar experience! I cannot say enough great things about Antonia and Antonio, fantastic hosts who will greet you warmly and leave you feeling like part of the family. Antonia’s (aka Corte combo) is such a treat! The atmosphere is so cozy, easy going, and just such a fun time. The amount to knowledge we left with was paramount! The food and wine is delicious!! I can’t recommend this experience enough!

Antonia is an amazing person and so nice!! Her vineyard CorteCorbo is amazing! The wine was delicious! We loved all of the wine selections and the food was so delicious! Each meal paired with the wine was perfect. My husband and I had an amazing time here and definitely will be coming back in the future! :)
