Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had , I traveled from California and my 2 girlfriends from Louisiana, we drove 3 hours in a van to get to this place.we were so excited to try all the sports, we spent $200 each just for the staff to be extremely rude and aggressive with us. The lady shoved the helmet on my head and laughed when I was visibly upset. I should have left then but wanted to be a good sport so my friends. A enjoy themselves.Then they kept yelling at us to get on an ATV and when it didn’t work they would rudely tell us to get off and get back in line. This happened twice. Then as I was the last person to get the ATV I was on 5 seconds just for them to tell me I don’t have the sense to drive because I’m going too slow, mind you this my first time and I wanted to make sure I got the concept before speeding or acting too confidently. I didn’t even have the chance to make a full circle. So he walks me back to the front and they only offered to refund me $20. Although I wasn’t going to do the other activities now that I saw how the staff were I’m not going to put my life in the hands of people that treats there guest this way. Everyone on our tour was visibly disappointed because of how rude and aggressive these people were. I ended sitting in our van and crying because of how violated, ripped off and embarrassed I was. I literally never leave reviews even when people are rude but this I hope I can spare someone the same experience. This was yesterday. I am out $180 just to sit in a car 3 hours away from my resort in Montego Bay and cry. I hope they read this and make changes. People travel way too far to experience that kind of customer service.
