Please arrive a few minutes prior to departure time and check in with the tour guide. Tours do not meet inside Lafittes Blacksmith Shop Bar. We are not affiliated with Lafittes Blacksmith Shop Bar located at this address. Tours depart at the scheduled time. Guests must check in a few minutes before the tour departs and leave with the tour group at the scheduled departure time. Tour Guides are unable to answer phones after a tour departs since we are then navigating our tour groups and giving narrations we cannot be on our phones and lead a tour. Late arrivals will not be refunded. If you are going to be late please contact us before the tour is scheduled to depart so we can try to help you check in before the departure time or reschedule your tour. We will do what we can to reschedule your tour for the next tour that has availability. Prepaid tours will receive credit for a future tour. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to inclement weather or any other acts of God. All tours are for entertainment purposes only. There is no guarantee that you will encounter any paranormal activity while on this tour. Unfortunately we cannot create a ghost / supernatural being appear anywhere / anytime during the tour! This includes non-physical entities, such as angels, ghosts, vampires, demons, gods, and spirits. If it isn’t human we cannot guarantee you will see it. Our tours are realistic! No refunds and no compensation will be offered for any reason. This includes guests that complain for not seeing a ghost or supernatural being. We do not give potential guests or active ticket holders false hope of seeing a ghost. Guests have captured paranormal photos during our tours so rest assured it is most definitely possible we simply do not haunted anything. We have an album of the photos including texts that have photos from guests that captured paranormal activity in photos, ask to see them if you are interested! Tour ticket holders will adhere to the guidelines set forth by the tour staff. The tour, tour guides, and other tour staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Tour ticket holders will be allowed to drink alcoholic beverages during the tours. However for the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are extremely intoxicated or show signs of extreme intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. Tour ticket holders will respect the privacy of private property and will not trespass on private property. Please do not ringing door bells at private homes. The French Quarter is a neighborhood and we ask for everyone to respect the residents. Tour ticket holders are allowed to use paranormal equipment during the tour. Paranormal equipment must be checked out at the beginning of the tour. A fee of $250 will be charged for any piece of lost, damaged, or missing piece of equipment. PLEASE DO NOT DROP THE EQUIPMENT. Paranormal Equipment must be checked out and returned to a staff member before the guest leaves the tour. If you are interested in the equipment you must arrive at check in and request the equipment. You will need to provide your name, phone number, address, and booking reference number. This information must be received before checking out paranormal equipment. All paranormal equipment is marked and tracked via GPS. Children under the age of 18 are not admitted without parent or guardian unless authorized by one of the tour guides. Please keep in mind that not all bars allow children inside.To go bars / windows are offered along the tour route for anyone not wanting to go inside a bar. Audio or Video recording devices are NOT allowed during the tour. Photos can be taken and are encouraged! Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. Cut off for reservations for this tour is one hour before the scheduled departure. Please be aware that at cut off time for reservations if the minimum numbers are not met the tour will be cancelled and you will be contacted by phone, text, or email up to the hour before the tour is scheduled to depart. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund. We do not offer additional compensation for a customer who feels inconvenienced by the tour being cancelled. Knowing that there is a chance that this tour may be cancelled guests may want to have a back up plan in the event that this tour is cancelled last minute. I've used Viator many times: Rio di Janeiro, Los Cabos, Europe, etc. We booked this particular tour, arrived 1/2 hr. earlier, waited and waited. No one showed, no one looked for us at the site, no one called. 7 min past the hour, we realized the tour guide was not coming, we called the tour operator and were sent straight to voicemail. Then we called Viator, they tried to connect also with the tour operator, they got no answer so they offered to reimburse our money. Hours later, we received an email from Viator saying they WON'T reimburse us. If you book this tour, and the tour guide does not show up, you're on your own. See other people comments about last minute tour cancellations w/o reimbursement. I will NEVER again use this app to book tours.

This tour was cancelled less than an hour before the start time. No reason given and told we would receive a refund. Still have not been contacted or notified and not received this refund. Do not book!!!!
