Unfortunately, we were told within a few minutes of meeting that the tour was off, due to the bus breaking down. While I of course appreciate that unforeseen circumstances occur, I was then informed by On Location Tours that I could not be refunded. as the tour 'had been rescheduled'. As a tourist with a limited and tightly planned schedule, it was impossible for me to attend at the rescheduled time. I was offered tour vouchers, which I declined, as I have no certainty of when I might next return to the United States.
I paid for a service that Viator and the tour operator were unable to provide, through no fault of my own. Feel very disappointed to be out of pocket for something that was not my fault.
