Allison was fun and fantastic! She told us all about the process and gave us a bunch of samples. Try the Trinity Vodka, it's unusual. Would be great in a bloody Mary.

We visited NOLA Distillery a couple of weeks ago while on a trip across the US, and I can genuinely say the tour here was just about the best fun we had all holiday! Kaitlyn was friendly and welcoming, and our guide Sam was passionate about his work. I have been on several brewery and distillery tours before, and none have been as enjoyable as this. We visited on a weekday afternoon and thus were the only people on the tour at the time. This didn't make things any less enjoyable, however, and we wound up staying to chat with our hosts whilst enjoying a wide range of tasters. I couldn't recommend this tour enough for Nola locals or visitors - though, as other reviewers have said, make sure to eat before you arrive!
