NOLA Distillery Tour

Our tour with Sam was a blast from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and downright hilarious, Sam walked us through the distillation process step by step, sharing awesome stories about their award-winning spirits. One highlight was how they tackled a special request for a “cowboy-flavored” whiskey, which ended up becoming a top-rated surprise. My friend fell in love with their unusual (but amazing!) dill pickle flavored vodka and grabbed a couple bottles to take home. As a former bartender, she’s obsessed with a simple “dill pickle sour”—1 part lemon juice, 1 part (or less) lime juice, and a shot of that dill pickle vodka, shaken or stirred over ice. The citrus tang balances beautifully with the dill and subtle saltiness.

We had an incredible experience at the Nola Distillery tour, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and well-organized. Our bartender, T, was outstanding! Her customer service was exceptional, and her attention to detail made our experience truly special. She took the time to ensure that we felt comfortable and informed, answering all our questions with a genuine smile. T's passion for her craft was evident, and she elevated our visit with her personalized recommendations and engaging conversation. But the real highlight was our tour guide, Sam. He was not only funny and engaging but also incredibly insightful. His storytelling skills kept us laughing throughout the tour, making it a truly enjoyable experience. The distillery itself was clean and beautifully laid out, which added to the overall enjoyment of the visit. Parking was easy to find on the street, although I will say that if you happen to miss the building, navigating back can be a bit tricky due to the one-way streets. Overall, this was an amazing first distillery experience for my husband and me, especially as we celebrated his birthday. We left with wonderful memories and a newfound appreciation for the craft. Don't miss out on this gem if you're in the area!

Allison did an excellent job explaining how all the different spirits were made! Did an excellent job making us a few cocktails after the tour! This is a must do if you’re in New Orleans!
