  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

On time pickup! I did have to share my transport with others but overall, it was easy for me to get to the airport with Super Shuttle.

We wait for more than 2 hrs at the Auckland international airport because there was no clear instructions on where to wait for the shuttle and what was the sign on the shuttle. I had make sure multiple calls to get the accurate information.
