Do not book this company , there were over 20 mins late to pick me up and didn't communicate this with me, I tried to contact them and they did not respond which as this is an airport transfer both led to a lot of stress and the concierge advising I get a taxi as they had left pickup far too late to arrive in time at the airport , as he has more local knowledge than I do I took this advice , I ended up paying for a transfer ( as they have at no point offered a refund even though I did not use the service ) and the taxi also which was $90 , I have raised this with them with just a response telling me that the driver did arrive late and I had left the hotel , which is what I had already told them , customer service is terrible and I am now really out of pocket so should have just got a taxi / Uber in the first place. Absolute waste of money and additional stress that I didn't need before a long flight

I took a shuttle with driver, Jes, from Albany to Auckland Domestic terminal to return to my home in Blenheim. I couldn't have chosen a more careful coach driver, nor someone as pleasant as Jes. He was extremely courteous, and when his next fare, an "impaired" fragile older woman, boarded, he was very mindful of her condition and helped her safely to her seat. Her subsequent outburst did not phase him and I commend him on treating this lady with dignity in spite of her offensive demeanor. I will book your service again, as you obviously choose your employees very carefully. Thank you for a safe and entertaining trip, Jes. We may meet again, hopefully. Shirlene.

The customer service was terrible. No compassion whatsoever so ever and I work in the field so the way the driver spoke to me as if we were a big inconvenience was upsetting. It’s ok for them to cancel according to their agreement but we were exactly 5 minutes late … he could see us and still pulled away. We had even called ahead of time to advise that the ferry was coming in a little late. The booking was 2:45 we got there 2:50 and watched him pull away !! The lady we called had no empathy and just kept quoting the agreement . So they refuse to refund payment for 5 passengers. Not a people friendly company, would not recommend.
