We had booked Louvre visit on our weekend away at Paris. Turned up at meeting point to find no representative from City Wonder's Ltd (booked through GetYourGuide) and were left wandering about for 20 minutes until we spotted a lady talking to a number of tourists. She informed us that she had been sent by the Company to tell us our tour was cancelled and a refund would be given. Very disappointed and annoyed with them as she had also stated that emails had been sent to inform us of cancellation (no email was received). Customer service appalling - will not be booking with them again - at present time still chasing up refund.

Our guide struggled with English and moved very slowly and in a haphazard manner. He was not very open to questions or suggestions; unusual for a private tour.
