Inaccurate stop map 2. When buying the ticket, misleading information was given about the bus interval of 15 minutes, in reality it was 30-40 minutes (we saw that buses from other companies were passing us by) 3. The audio guide works poorly, few facts, a lot of music 4. Our biggest disappointment was the boat tour and the misleading information provided by the company staff. It was raining that day, when we arrived at the stop we were offered a boat without a roof, it was raining and we refused the boat without a roof. The employee offered us to wait an hour for the ship with a roof. We waited for an hour. We arrived at the ship, it turned out that a partially closed, very small ship had arrived and there was not enough space for everyone, even though we were not warned about it in advance. We were outraged because we trusted the information provided by the employee. When we asked to resolve the situation, an employee came out and said that she would arrange a place for us under the roof and left. In the meantime, the boat left, and the employee offered us to wait another hour. Considering that we were deceived by the company's employees, we asked us to return the money. Unfortunately, the money was not returned to us. We went and bought another company's boat cruise ticket. Unfortunately, this company, with its misleading information and poor service, had wasted our time.

Todo bien. Muchos autobuses por lo que no había casi tiempo de espera. En el barco un paseo muy agradable. Aunque solo daban las explicaciones en inglés y francés. Por lo que había que ir con el audioguia.

Easy to buy tickets online. Then used the Tootbus app so www didn't need paper tickets, not even for the included Seine River tour.
