DO NOT use the app Get Your Guide to purchase tickets ahead of time!!!!! I prepaid for tickets to Eiffel Tower not understanding that there was a specified time to meet a “guide” for an unguided entrance to avoid the lines. We arrived late and called Customer Service explaining the misunderstanding. While waiting for a call back, the nice man who worked at the souvenir store next to us explained that this happens ALL THE TIME to families and others. They refused to honor our entrance as it had “expired” although it was slow season and I was very polite and asked how we could remedy the situation. They not only refused but shamed me over and over for not reading the fine print. I explained that I would accept their decision but I would also notify EVERYONE of their poor service and they charged us over double what the actual entrance fee was. So NEVER USE THEIR service!!
