Elvira notified us last night she was switching the order of the tour so instead of seeing El Born neighborhood first, she sent the museum tix and said go see that first. The museum opening at 10 and we had to wait in line, so we had just a little over one hour in museum. Then Elvira told us last night, that she would not be giving us a guided tour in the museum, the tour was just a tour of the neighborhood which is not how this was advertised. To top it off, we rushed through the museum to meet her outside at 1130 like she told us (outside the gift shop), and she was not there! She texted about 20 mins later that she was running late but by then we had left. We are extremely disappointed. This was to be the highlight of our Barcelona trip. We love Picasso and wanted to see the paintings with a guide. Because we bought our tix through Trip Advisor, we could not get a headset unless we wanted to stand in a long line. We have requested and feel we are entitled to a refund. The ad was a bait and switch and the follow through by Elvira was horrible.
