Our guide on this tour was Tamiza. Not only is Tamiza absolutely brilliant and so fun to "just sit and talk with" (about everything...she truly is brilliant), but also her ability to share with us the various nuances of Indian food culture were very informative. Our favorite, by far, was the last stop...oh my goodness! The 24-hour marinated lamb, the chicken kabobs, the naan bread, the kitchen tour...it was simply scrumptious. And our curry and spice lesson from earlier in the tour was equally as informative and delicious. One last memory: the lamb saag...I plan to find a traditional recipe for this and make this at home. Thank you again, Tamiza, for an absolutely wonderful experience!
