I’m not sure who the people are giving this company 4 and 5 stars but BEWARE!! They are not who you think they are. They are an exhausted group of people who cannot adequately figure out how transportation works. I was messaged on WhatsApp by “Jules Broth” and ensured that I would be met with my name on a poster. I informed him that our flight was cancelled and rebooked for the next day. I gave him the day and time. I also called the number listed on Viator for the company and requested to speak to someone who spoke English. After holding for 15 mins and racking up a $75.00 fee from Verizon for calling them, I was finally able to speak to someone. He reassured me that he made the changes and that we would be picked up at 11:30am on Christmas Day. I informed Jules that our changes were made and that we would see him tomorrow at 11:30am. He confirmed as well. The next day comes, our plane was slightly delayed. We got there at 12pm. There was no one waiting for us with a sign with our name on it. After wandering for about 15 minutes looking lost, a taxi driver offered to help us. I showed him the company logo from WhatsApp. He flagged down a gentleman with “Santhonas” on his shirt. Low and behold, it was Jules with no sign or poster. I asked him where was the driver. He said he needed to confirm my reservation first. After giving him the information and showing him the booking, we had to wait an additional 45 mins for a driver to show up because that was their process. I called the company and the person who spoke English was not available. I was pissed but let it go once the driver got there. Fast forward to today, I messaged Jules last night to remind him that our flight leaves at 2:50pm today. He told me he would message me later with details. I gave it a few more hours then messaged him around 8:00pm because I was going to bed. He messaged me at 9pm asking me for the reservation and booking number as if something had changed. When I woke up this morning, I replied with the same booking number that I sent him days before and reminded him that our flight leaves at 2:50pm. I informed him that we would be waiting out front at 12pm. He informs me that he scheduled it for 2:50pm. I told him we cannot leave at 2:50pm because our plane leaves at 2:50pm. I called the company because here we go again. I spoke to someone who spoke English. He asked me to text him my reservation. I did. He told me he would change it. At 12:07pm, I message both of them to let them know the driver is late. They both tell me my reservation was scheduled for 2:50pm. I called the company and it was as if the conversation we had earlier about the mistake Jules made had never happened. I told ended up having to pay $70 for a taxi at 12:30pm just so we could make it to the airport by 1:15pm. The driver finally arrives at the resort at 1:05pm. Please save yourself the headache. Either find another reputable company or just use the resort Taxi shuttle. I tried to cut costs and it really cost us.
