Absolutely horrible experience. This was booked at least 6 mo in advance. We arrive at the airport to find no one waiting with a sign. After waiting approximately 15 mins I first messaged the tour operator to get nooo response. At which point I contacted Viator support by phone. Only to be told the operator was on the way and would call upon arrival. However, they could not verify a time only that it would be sometime today. Next, I messaged Viator support via WhatsApp, not satisfied with waiting an unknown time at the airport with my mom and little brother. Only to then be told the tour operator did not have a booking for our pickup. Strange considering When contacting support it automatically pulls up your reference number. Once, bringing that to their attention and my booking number, I was then offered s refund. Which was the only good thing about the entire experience. Absolutely horrible feeling arriving to a different country and feeling stranded.
