BUYER BEWARE- The company canceled our trip due to rain and promised a refund. It has now been over a month and they stopped replying to my emails and have not yet given me a refund.
On top of that the communication was terrible. I messaged them through the app every day for 3-4 days leading up to the trip to confirm a pickup time and tried calling the day before and got no response. I had to call Viator di rectory to contact them only to find out they had to move the trip to another day. On that day they canceled due to rain but didn’t inform us until 45 minutes after the pickup time
