I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I booked with your company. Unfortunately, no one ever showed up to pick us up as scheduled, and there was absolutely no communication to inform us that the service would not be provided.
This was particularly upsetting as it was my wife’s birthday, and this booking was meant to be a surprise for her. I paid in advance, and while I appreciate that I was issued a refund, no one reached out to apologize for the situation.
This lack of communication and accountability was incredibly unprofessional and left us scrambling to salvage what was supposed to be a special occasion. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend your company to others. I strongly urge you to review your communication and customer service practices to prevent this from happening to future customers.
