Would be a 5 star but we paid for a night time tour. After we arrived in Rome, we found out it was available in November. No problems finding the stops. Good audio, times were accurate without long waits. Better than other cities Big Bus

Lousy service the bus takes a long time to reach the stop, we had to wait more than an hour at a stop. While we waited 2 or 3 buses from other companies arrived as green service, I love Rome.

We did the Big Bus on our 2nd to last day in Rome to visit Circus Maximus and the Pantheon…sites that offered virtual walking tours. The rest of the bus trip allowed to re-visit sights we’d already done tours at. Big Bus is a nice option and good price. Only complaint is the ear buds don’t work well at all.
