First of all, I paid €52 for tickets that I never received. That's a huge breach of trust and shows that they have absolutely no commitment to providing good customer service. And to make things even worse, when I got to the Colosseum, I was denied entry because of an unacceptable reference number or tickets that they failed to send. I mean, come on - that's just outrageous!
But that's not all - the meeting point to pick up my tickets didn't even exist! That's yet another sign of their unprofessionalism and lack of organization. And when I tried to call them, they didn't even answer the phone! How can a company that's supposed to be providing a service just not bother to answer their phone? It's clear that they don't care about their customers at all. And when I finally did manage to get through to them, they promised to send my tickets, but of course, they never arrived.
All of this meant that I ended up missing out on my planned visit to the Colosseum, which caused me and my friend immense stress - my friend even had a panic attack because of it! And despite my request for a refund, they didn't even bother to give me my money back. It's really not fair that they left me out of pocket like that.
So, my advice to anyone reading this would be to steer clear of Trip Advisor for any kind of travel booking. They're clearly untrustworthy, disorganized, and don't give a damn about their customers. Do yourself a favor and book directly through official websites instead - it'll save you a whole lot of hassle and disappointment.
