Airport Transfer (From Airport - Ho Chi Minh City (Private 16 Seats Car)

SHADY! I originally booked 2- 16 passenger vans with them. From the last city, our family of 24 and our suitcases did not fit, so I reached out a few days in advance to ask them what they could do to add another 16-passenger van. They told me to book another 16- 16-passenger van on Viator and to give them the 3 bookings. I gave them the three bookings and they said that they only saw one of the original bookings and the new booking. After a conversation about the missing booking with the Tour Operator and Viator, it was confirmed that we have 3 vans. When we arrived... There were ONLY 2 VANS! They will not give us our money back because they are saying that 3 vans showed up!

There was poor communication and upon arrival at the airport I didn't see my driver or a sign with my name. My cousin booked 2 other vehicles with them and my group was able to squeeze onto one of her vehicles but it was frustrating trying to squeeze all our luggage. We ended up packing most of our luggage ourselves, too. If we had my vehicle that I booked originally, this would not have been an issue. I still think I should've been refunded because I never got my vehicle even though I was picked up. We paid for a 3rd vehicle for a reason. Also, our driver drove up onto a sidewalk when there clearly was a driveway for him to turn into when we arrived at the hotel. He also seemed lost and called someone on the way to the airport. A couple of us understand enough Vietnamese to understand that. They seemed so disorganized and didn't know where my driver/vehicle was.
