From market to table, this cooking experience was unbelievable. Knowledgeable in the Ben Thanh market helped me understand where the food vendors supplied food as well as the section, what to look for when looking for best fruit and vegetables, and suggestions for all the different spices made the experience more enjoyable. I was taught the vegetarian version way to cook spring rolls, salad, braise vegetables, dipping sauces, cutting pineapple, and Vietnamese crepe/pizza (paid extra). It felt like my mom was with me cooking in homeland because all the food was super tasty. I had an absolute feast and I think it was one of the best time I had while I was in Vietnam, helping me connect to my roots/heritage and it is something I will take home with me (along with the certificate, recipe book, and special designed gift). I can't wait to cook when I'm back home!
