I signed my family up for the Pintxo workshop. It was me, my husband and my two sons. It was an amazing experience, exactly what we were looking for in a basque cooking class. It was so fun as we made 5 different pinxtos along with 1 dessert. The class was held in a traditional “cooking club” which made it an authentic experience. Julen is a talented chef, passionate about basque cooking, and sourcing food locally. Throughout the class he shared a lot of history about basque culture, food, and wine. I would give him and his cooking class more stars if I could. Well worth the money. It will be an experience me and my family will always cherish. Thank you Julen!
