Great experience and lots of fun in a small group setting. The Wineries chosen to visit were amazing. Transfer from our hotel to drop off was seamless with our driver Carla in a gorgeous brand-new electric Porsche! Carla was entertaining, engaging and knowledgeable from the beginning to end of tour. It took us about 45 min to reach the first winery - Pazo de Señoráns – It’s a top-class winery with very hospitable staff and lovely scenery. They explained us the old and new ways of Albariño vinification. Tasting 5 different white wines, from latest harvest to very old ones, also with and without oak was a wonderful experience. We then went lunch at Muiño de Rudiño, an old watermill converted into a Galician-Italian restaurant. Following their advice, we did a full tour to the Italian wines, from Piemonte to Sicily, mixing plates of delicious Galician sea food and amazing Italian cuisine. Wow it was a delicious and memorable experience. We then went to visit Forxas do Salnés - one of the most renowed new-style wineries in the zone. It was a top-notch experience for us to see very different approaches to winemaking in the same area. How luck that Rodrigo Méndez and Raúl Pérez were eating in the same restaurant! Everything was at a nice relaxing leisurely pace. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience on this tour and We will repeat this tour with different wineries next time. I highly recommend booking this when you are in Galicia. Good choice for anyone who loves wine and fun.

Due to my flight, I had to ask for a shortened version of the tour, just visiting one winery. However, an extended version of it. Out of the available options, I asked for Pazo de Señoráns. The owner herself showed me the vineyards and explained all the winemaking process. It was amazing. Then we had lunch together at a restaurant called Muino de Rudino. Several Galician and Italian dishes with some blanc-de-blancs Champagne, Albariño from Pazo de Señorans and a Loire cabernet franc. Amazing tour, excellent organization. Will repeat for sure with my family and more time. A lot of other interesting places to visit nearby.
