The driver was fantastic. The company that coordinates is awful, disorganized, and rude. I booked late with the understanding it may not work out. My flight landed and I had no correspondence beyond the confirmation but also no driver. I waited 10 minutes (17 after my requested book time) and messaged and called the company (a French number). The number never connected a person, it’s a recording that they are too busy and to email the company, which is not provided. Viator was able to reach the company and was told I booked to late and wouldn’t be able to help. By then my driver had already arrived; he was delayed by the police (a common issue in the area). My driver was wonderful: professional, friendly, and talkative.
When I finally heard from the company they were accusatory and claimed I did something wrong. Claimed my flight had not landed when I was physically calling and texting from the ground. They could not comprehend that the local time was one hour ahead and my flight had, in fact, landed.
At some point the company refunded my trip and then refused to pay the driver. Told him I didn’t pay. Zero accountability! I happily paid the driver the next day when I learned of the company’s actions and tipped for his wonderful service.
For the price I expected much better organization and better service. Find a different company!
