Private Transfer From Faro Airport to Albufeira (5 to 8 pax)

I hope this review helps you improve the service you offer to your customers as the service we received was so unacceptable. I booked a mini bus for 18 people and gave exact hotel address details on booking, therefore I would have expected your booking department to have reviewed this request and ensured that you could deliver on the service we paid for. Upon arrival at the airport we were promptly picked up by our driver which is the reason for the one star and when we got to the mini bus we saw a trailer on the back of the bus which was great (how wrong we were) as we did not have to squash all our cases into the boot of the minibus. However when we got to Albufeira we were told by the driver that he couldn’t bring us to our address due to the fact that he had a trailer and couldn’t make the street entrance. This meant that we were dropped off at the top of a hill beside DiVini Albuferia restaurant in the old town and told that we needed to pull all our luggage which entailed of 18 cases and 3 golf bags down escalators and through the town centre in the midday sun. Amongst our party we had 6 elderly parents who have mobility issues and who really struggled with the walk never mind the fact that they couldn’t drag their bags through the streets, which put additional added pressure on the rest of the group to help with their luggage. This put the start of everyone’s holiday on a bad footing as we were all very stressed upon arrival at the hotel, then to only see a minibus pull up to the hotel and drop customers off much to our amazement and annoyance. For that reason I would not be recommending or using youe company again unfortunately

Gold car Faro, à fuir absolument ! Pas de constat au retour, et vous débite une CB sans justificatif 3 semaines plus tard. En réponse aux demandes de preuve, une photo bidon, sans date, ni immatriculation, porte de voiture ne semblant pas correspondre au modèle loué. Et surtout juste de l'usure à la portière déjà présente lors du retrait de la voiture. Puis plus aucunes réponses. pas de recours possible

The transfers to and from the airport were excellent. Our driver was perfect. He was waiting for us when we arrived and was polite, helpful and friendly. I would totally recommend using this company for airport transfers as there wasn’t a single thing that I could fault. Booking was easy and I paid on the day. Great experience!
